Datacenter Portal presents Regarding Semi's proprietary dataset of data-center facilities — locations, operators, capacity facts, permits, development activity, and regulatory history.

Free to view. The map, project pages, and per-project detail payloads are free to anyone with an account, for personal and professional reference — no payment, no card. Citing individual facts with a link back to the project page is welcome.

Not licensed for bulk use. Automated or systematic extraction of the dataset — scraping project pages or data endpoints at volume, harvesting the corpus, republishing or redistributing it in whole or substantial part, or incorporating it into a competing product or model training corpus — is prohibited without a written license. Request throttling and access controls enforce this boundary.
